1. We do not guarantee the box condition of any items. 
2. Big Pop Store are not responsible for the condition of sealed items/collectors’ boxes and items we cannot view internally prior to shipping.
3. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, such as paint flaws, with any products. These items are not considered as damaged. Paint transfer on the inside of any box is also not considered damage.
4. Any costs associated with returns will be covered by the customer.
